Using a web browser and this URL,

read material in LC3trunk/docs/ for

  -- Electric
  -- Verilog
  -- Subversion

Install a Subversion client on our machine.
Next, install iverilog on your machine. Also, 
download Electric.jar from LC3tools/. Then, download

   LC3trunk/examples/ElectricTutorial/tutorial.jelib

Run Electric.jar and open that library. Follow along
through the tutorial until you feel you have a basic
skill at using Electric. You do not need to complete
all parts of the tutorial: it is in part documentation
to be looked at later, as needed.
