Prospectus Guidelines
The prospectus is simply summary of what you plan to do.
It is so we can diagnose any problems early, before you put in the
time and effort in starting the project and writing the
paper.
It should be about one page in length and should describe your
idea, your approach, and possible sources of data or software.
