SPAA-only registration includes the SPAA welcome reception (July 23), attendance at the SPAA conference (July 24–26), lunches and coffee breaks on all three conference days (July 24–26), joint SPAA/PODC banquet (July 25), and SPAA proceedings on USB. SPAA-only attendees may also attend PODC talks that take place during the SPAA conference days, i.e., July 25–26.
PODC-only registration includes the PODC welcome reception (July 24), attendance at the PODC conference (July 25–27), lunches and coffee breaks on all three conference days (July 25–27), joint SPAA/PODC banquet (July 25), and PODC proceedings (printed or on USB). PODC-only attendees may also attend SPAA talks that take place during the PODC conference, i.e., July 25–26.
SPAA+PODC registration includes both the SPAA and PODC welcome receptions (July 23 and 24), attendance to any SPAA or PODC sessions on (July 24–27), lunches and coffee breaks on all four days (July 24–27), the joint SPAA/PODC banquet (July 25), and proceedings for both conferences.
Workshop-only registration includes attendance to the workshops on July 28, as well as a box lunch and a coffee break that day.
PODC+Workshops registration includes all items listed under the PODC-only registration and the workshop-only registration.
SPAA+PODC+Workshops registration includes all the items listed under SPAA+PODC registration and the workshop-only registration.
Student registration fees to all events apply only to full-time students at the time of registration. Student registrations include all the same features as the corresponding non-student registrations.
Extra tickets for the banquet (July 25 evening) are available for 100 USD.
At least one author of each accepted paper (full or brief announcement) must register. For SPAA, authors of accepted papers have the option of purchasing extra pages in the proceedings. One author from each SPAA accepted paper should pay for any extra pages during the registration process.

The registration is nonrefundable, however, the registration site allows registrants to substitute another person.
